STRUCTURE OF THE RESOURCES

Usually, if other circumstances did not hinder her to do so, Geshe Kelsang Wangmo gave Buddhist Philosophy classes in IBD two terms per year: spring term and autumn term. For most classes she had prepared very helpful handouts. These include her translation of the root text and of Indian and Tibetan commentaries as well as commentaries of contemporary great teachers, and also charts, to facilitate understanding of what is being taught.

Here below ne can find all of Geshe Kelsang Wangmo’s IBD classes listed by year and below each group of classes one can find (if available) the relevant handouts and charts.

Please note:

In the last 5 years, Geshe Kelsang Wangmo is teaching the second chapter of the Pramanavarttika in a very detailed manner, the handouts of those classes are still a work in progress: our kind teacher goes back and forth and makes slight corrections to all the text. It is therefore possible that the text you will download will not fully match to what you hear while listening to the corresponding mp3 files. As mentioned, these are only slight corrections
